The project for Mondelez was created in cooperation with Delta Group, under the direction of architect Adam Cifra. It was an existing office space that combined open space with closed offices and meeting rooms.

However, the pandemic caused a fundamental change in the work culture and significantly impacted the office space requirements. Many people started working from home and those who stayed in the office preferred more individual and enclosed space. Office desks remained empty. However, the need for association and contact with the outside world still remained.
It was therefore necessary to rethink a more functional use of this open space and to create a concept that allows socialising and personal encounters and can create an atmosphere close to home.
On an area of approximately 3,700 m2, zones were selected in which to create relaxation and association spaces, places for regeneration and promotion of well-being, formal and informal communication of people, or focus work zones. At the same time, the spaces provide more visual but also sound separation, the addition of greenery, wood and soft materials. These zones have been given a cosier look with a so-called living room character. Throughout the space there is sufficient infrastructure for small working groups and relaxation zones with varying levels of intimacy.
The implementation was not yet complete, and already employees were peeking in and asking if they could use it. This interest made us confident that we had chosen the right concept.
